How are the products shipped?

Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days and are shipped on weekdays only.
Once shipped, your P.S. Snacks package will be delivered:
- Via FedEx Standard Overnight or Ontrac (1 night in transit) if your order contains our perishable cookie dough* (and bites, May through September), requiring gel packs
- Via FedEx Ground or Ontrac, if your order does not require perishable shipping
You will receive a receipt, then a confirmation once your package is shipped.
*Remember, if you order our cookie dough, this product is perishable and requires immediate refrigeration or freezing. Please ensure you are available to receive the package accordingly.
We only ship within the continental USA and cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
How can I track my P.S. Snacks order?

How can I cancel my order?

I'm confused, isn't cookie dough bad to eat raw?
How are you supposed to eat the cookie dough?
Grab a spoon and dig in! Our cookie dough is ready-to-eat and makes a perfect healthy snack, anytime of day. We also love using our dough as a peanut or almond butter substitute, or as a delicious topping, mix-in or frosting. Find our favorite RECIPES AND USAGE INSPIRATION.

Where will I find P.S. Snacks in stores?
- For cookie dough, check in the refrigerated fresh set! This tends to vary by store, but we’re typically near the Perfect Bar, yogurt or refrigerated doughs/pudding.
- For instant pudding, check in the baking aisle or natural/gluten free set.
- For bites, check by the other chocolate and candy items!
But I don't see P.S. Snacks in Whole Foods in California?
Trust us, the struggle is real. We're working on it! Thank you in advance for your patience, we're behind the scenes making it happen. We may be small but we are mighty! In the meantime, West Coast friends can order online.

Can you bake the cookie dough?
We actually do not recommend it... go ahead and grab a spoon! We encourage eating it raw as is, or try enjoying it:
- Substituted for almond/peanut butter
- Blended in smoothies & shakes
- Topped on your breakfast bowls
- Mixed into oatmeal
- Paired with ice cream
How should I store your products?
- For cookie dough: you can store it frozen for up to a year! Otherwise, keep fresh in the refrigerator for up to 6 weeks (42 days) from the time it defrosts.
- For bites: you can store these in a cool, dry spot like your pantry (just make sure the chocolate coating doesn't melt!), or they are great in the freezer! Shelf life is 1 year.
- For instant pudding: you can store our mixes in your pantry! Shelf life is 1 year.
What happens if my cookie dough arrives frozen?
You're in luck, it will last even longer! If you receive your cookie dough frozen, you can stick it back in the freezer to extend its shelf life (up to 1 year), or defrost the dough in the refrigerator and enjoy within 6 weeks!
What happens if my bites are melted?
Ah! That's a bummer. If you receive your bites and the chocolate coating has melted, shoot us a note and we will send you a replacement: community@ps-snacks.com
Are your products gluten free?
Yes, founder Nikki originally created the cookie dough when she found out she had a gluten allergy! We are not yet certified GF but our products are gluten free – we test every batch for gluten contamination, and our products do not leave their respective facilities until we confirm there are no traces of gluten.
Are your products vegan?
Yes, all P.S. Snacks products are vegan and vegetarian... No animal byproducts whatsoever!
Do your products contain nuts?
- Cookie dough: our Chocolate Chip & Fudge Brownie cookie dough flavors contain almonds & coconut. Our Peanut Butter flavor contains peanuts, almonds & coconut.
- Bites: contain almonds and coconut.
- Instant pudding: Contains coconut. We do manufacture our products in a facility that works with nuts.
Are your products Non-GMO Project verified?
Our cookie dough is Non-GMO Project Verified! Our bites & instant pudding are non-GMO and we are working to finalize the verification process.
Are your products Kosher certified?
Our cookie dough and instant pudding products are Kosher certified!
Are your products certified organic?
No, but we use many organic ingredients.
Does the cookie dough need to be refrigerated?
Yes, it does. Our first ingredient will always be a real, whole food (perishable) ingredient, which means we need our products to stay as fresh as possible in the fridge!
Where is the expiration date on your products?
For cookie dough: because our product is stored frozen, the expiration date varies depending on the date the cookie dough is thawed. Once transferred from the freezer to the refrigerator, our cookie dough has a 6-week (or 42-day) shelf life.
For bites & instant pudding: the expiration date is on the package. Shelf life is up to 1 year.

Do you offer free shipping?
As a small business, we charge a flat $5.99 for shipping to offset a portion of the perishable shipping costs. Spend $70 to receive free shipping!
Ugh, my package arrived and products are broken?
Ugh is right, frustrating for us, too! We're constantly working on supply chain improvements, but since shipping is out of our control this can sometimes happen. No fret! Just send a picture to community@ps-snacks.com and we can mail you a replacement. Thank you for your understanding.
I don't really like it... can I return it?
Sorry to hear that, it's not for everyone! Always happy to hear feedback though, so don't feel shy reaching out. Unfortunately we are not accepting returns, and can only refund damaged items.
